Are you eating a balanced diet? Place yourself on this spectrum based on your own judgement of how balanced or healthy your diet is. Remember you need to be able to support your dieas with examples. E.g. My diet is healthy because I eat an apple every break time. For extra challenge – consider, is eating an apple every day all that is needed to be healthy? Where would you place yourself?
