Challenges/Contributions/Accomplishments What CHALLENGES did he/she face? What OBSTACLES did he/she face? How did he/she get through difficult challenges OR obstacles? Who helped he/she get through them? What are his/her important CONTRIBUTIONS or ACCOMPLISHMENTS?

Character Analysis How was his/her life remarkable? In what ways is his/her life admirable? What do YOU admire about this person? What human qualities or characteristics were most influential in shaping this persons life? What quality or trait was most beneficial? Did he/she make any bad decisions or mistakes? If so, what were they and how would you act differently if you were in their shoes?

Conclusion Name two important lessons we can learn from the way this person lived? Did this person have a mentor or someone in their life to help guide and encourage them? Explain. What do you think it means to be a “hero?” Was your person a hero?
