Influenced by actions and needs of a select group of business “partners” who are knowledgeable of category issues and focused daily on “business outcomes.” They are rarely influenced by outside interests, other than government regulation. Business to consumer. Influenced by actions and needs of thousands of individuals who have little knowledge of the industry and little interest in becoming experts. They are heavily influenced by third parties and judge success by their individual outcome.
