2. STUDENT TRACKER Were our graduates prepared to continue their education after completing high school? What happens to our students after they graduate from high school? How long did they wait before they enrolled and attended college?

3. STUDENT TRACKER Did they need to take a placement assessments in ELA or mathematics? How long did it take them to complete their degree? How can we use the Student Clearinghouse (Student Tracker) to answer these questions?

4. STUDENT TRACKER Gathering your district’s or school’s data involves two steps. Step 1 - Requesting your data through the National Student Clearinghouse Step 2 – Downloading your data from the SFTP site (secured website)

5. Enter user name And password

6. Click on “Access Reports Library”

7. Click on the various options, based on what you may want to view on your individual reports, in steps 1 through 4.

8. Once all options have been selected click on “Request Reports”

9. In order to view your reports you must log into the FTP site.

10. Click on “go to your home folder” to retrieve your reports

11. Click on “receive” folder.

12. Click on “download” and save to your computer. A.zip folder will be saved onto your computer with your report(s).
