2009: A “Rebuilding Year” for Expert Now November 2008: IEEE Board commits to two-year investment to build content and delivery platform New business model allows Expert Now to adapt Society content at no charge and return 100% of net revenue Slow content development in 2007- 2008 and slowing economy reduced subscriptions in 2009—forecast reduced to $230k

Content Development Accelerating 32 new tutorials published in the past 4 Quarters (450% increase over prior 4 Quarters) 40+ add’l tutorials Due by Year End Catalog at end of 2009 expected to by 75% larger than end of 2008 New revenue-distribution model has brought new content agreements from PES and Comsoc; discussions with other Societies to incorporate “rival” elearning programs New series coming on NESC from Standards Association, Circuit Design, Smart Grid, Green Engineering, Electric Applications, and Telecommunications New content agreements with 2 universities and 1 eLearning company
