11. Update on Monthly Malaria Coordination Meetings Record of Minutes of meetings ( Jan, Feb, March 2013) Compliance with decisions of Meetings ( Jan, Feb, March 2013) There has been regular monthly cluster meeting in DHDC hall Khairpur.The issues and problems are discussed.

12. Involvement of DHMT in Distribution and Verification of LLINs The District Health department has been involved In LLIN planning and distribution. The 47785 LLIN has been distributed in 12 Malaria centers of khairpur.The distribution has been done on API (annual parasite index rate ).The distribution has remained fair.

13. Involvement of DHMT in Indoor Residual Spray Yet,IRS is not done in Khairpur but Mr Jaipal from DOMC has conducted entomological survey and our focal person have prepared plan with ASD.

14. Main Issues & Solutions Since long DHO and FP has not been given Perdium for monitoring cost, despite our FP Has submitted check lists and covering letters. The Khairpur is largest district so need more LLIN to reduce burden of malaria. The LHWS must be given perdium for LLLIn Distribution. The furniture should be provided to some malaria. The perdium of paramedic staff for cluster meeting should be raised to 1000 rupee for every cluster meeting.
