Preceptorship Each NQ will be assigned a preceptor Preceptorship period will be a minimum of 6 months Each of you will receive intensive support in week 1. You will be supported for 1½ days per month in either formal taught/directed study or 1:1 supervision in practice. All Divisions offer a bespoke preceptorship program

Application Posts will be offered according to how well you performed at interview, we use a scoring grid to assess this. The higher you score the more likely you are to secure your post. Due to the interviews being held early, we may be in the position to offer you a post but unsure of the exact ward area. Final appointments will be confirmed by the local divisional lead.

Mention Evidence Based Practice somewhere in your application Think about accountability Tell us why you want to work at UHS, and which speciality you are interested in, and about the trust values and how you are going to work within them If you have ANY convictions/cautions you MUST declare them on your application, no matter how minor you might think they are!
