Be a good go-between. 6.Hit the Road – Spend time away from the office together if you can.

All should sit on budget committees. 6.Feature at Board Meetings – Highlight the work of the coordinator on behalf of the college. 7.Emphasize Community Projects – Campus initiatives provide community opportunities.
