New data on digital inclusion from the ABS Household Use of Information Technology, 2014-15

Digital inclusion in Australia, 2014-15 This brief report includes graphs of a few of the key data points that shed light on digital inclusion in Australia from the ABS’s recently released Household Use of Information Technology in Australia, 2014-15. The full data released can be accessed here.here The data shows that while the digital divide continues to narrow, persistent and significant differences remain between different groups of Australian in relation to both access and use of the internet. These differences are related to attributes including income, age, employment status, education levels and location.
