Please register by no later than Wednesday, February 24 th to help ensure a smooth onsite registration. 2 Booth Staff Passes – Keynote, Expo Hall, Meals & Receptions only Additionally, you can purchase 2 attendee passes at the discounted rate of $1195 each. 9. Hardware and Tech Requirements The ONS Solution Showcase will be providing standard 19” server racks for you to mount the equipment for your demo. We will also provide Ethernet connections with Internet access to your equipment in the racks and to your demo booth. In order to plan for enough space and power for demos, please send the following information to Steve Fassler by Wednesday, February 24 th.Steve Fassler A list of equipment you will install in the racks for your demo. For each device, specify: How many rack units it will occupy What type of power connection it requires (voltage and amperage) Whether a rack shelf is needed - if the device does not mount in a standard 19” rack How many Ethernet connections it requires
