3. To copy one or some references to another databases 1.Select or mark references you want to copy 2.Click right on reference list display or go to references 3.Choose copy between databases

4. Database contain references to copy Database that references will copy to it This item will mark references in destination database for management or adding tag

5. Press copy to proceed.

15. By default these 4 fields will be compared Select database or all databases to search for duplicate

17. A new group of references containing all duplicate references will being created

18. 1.Sort references by author Sort

19. 2. Look for same references 3. Mark duplicate references 4. keep one of each set unselected.

23. First mark or highlight references you want to index

24. Click here Select Reference index Click right here Select Reference index

25. Click new to create a new index item Select database

26. Type the name of the index

27. Click add

29. Clicking ok references will be added to the index

31. To add references to an index: 1 2 3 4 1.select or mark them 2.open index window 3.Choose right reference option 4.Choose the index & click add
