11 What can we do to help Call us – 800 number But keep in mind: 6AM on the east is 3AM on the west Tell us about any down time that you are planing at site Many of Manuals are on the web site We can do Syslog if you have the facilities Email on troubles Make effective use of two site visits and visit to SDSC System monitoring - netscout, SNMP over VPN, intermapper,... Mailing list – so “old” BIRNers can help “new” BIRNers We are here to help each other. Rack Installation is becoming better and more cookie-cutter
