1.Make the dough 2.Refrigerate for 2 days 3.Bake refrigerated dough, 4.Make 2 nd batch 5.Repeat with 2 nd batch PROCEDURE

You next have to have a taste test. This is when you gather volunteers to taste your cookies. After your taste test give out a questionnaire for the volunteers to tell you on paper how you did. ANALYZE RESULTS
