3 If we let the wet ingredients soak in the dry ingredients, we think it will make the best cookies. HYPOTHESIS

4 3 mixing bowls an eletric blender or mixing spoon, measuring cup, plastic wrap, refrigerator, cookie sheet, oven, wire cooling rack (optional), ingredients to make 2 batches of your favorite cookie, containers to hold baked cookies (2), volunteers to taste cookies, paper to make taste questionnaire, MATERIALS OR INGREDIENTS

5 Writing utensils, Lab notebook, Graph paper MORE MATERIALS OR INGREDIENTS

6 1.Make the dough 2.Refrigerate for 2 days 3.Bake refrigerated dough, 4.Make 2 nd batch 5.Repeat with 2 nd batch PROCEDURE

7 You next have to have a taste test. This is when you gather volunteers to taste your cookies. After your taste test give out a questionnaire for the volunteers to tell you on paper how you did. ANALYZE RESULTS
