5 Course BCP cover a huge range of courses and products. Altough very reactive to our clients needs we tend to specialise in 3 main areas : Technical All related with technical skill will be provided base on client business field such as : mining and oil Business Management We will provide all client needs to get improvement in bussiness trough Management, Finance, Accounting and Law Skills. Soft Skills It will cover all course regarding soft skills development, such as : Leadership, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Time Management, Customer Services, Project Management, Sales Skills, Team Work, etc

6 Delivery Methods Course delivery is typically a mixture of instruction, demonstration, problem solving / hand on and discussion. The trainers we use have huge amount of experience and dont deliver “death by powerpoint” or use manual page by page – they try and make it as engaging and interactive as possible. With Technical coursess, which can be a bit dry, theory will regularly be broken up by practical labs. Business skill course combine theory with discussion and exercises throughout the course. The manuals we proved are normaly for reference for all delegates

7 Tailoring Courses Due to the natural of BCP providing all onsite training we can provide completely tailored courses for your delegates needs. Unlike a public course which is rigid in its content and has delegates from many organization we provide a training course that is tailored to your company’s industry sector and specific goals. The main advantage of doing this is that the training you receive will be 100% relevant and if there are areas or topics that aren’t relevant, they can be skipped and likewise if other areas need much more focus these can be covered in much more depth. We would always ask the trainers to call to discuss the content before delivery to ensure the course is delivered with the right tone and to correct audience or complete TNA’s

8 Delegate Numbers Due to the model we use we can train as many delegats as you wish in a day. However that said we would recommend a class size of 3 – 5 where possible which gives a good balance of value money, a good learning experience. And obviously the quality of individual tuition increases. Likewise, we can and have trained classes of 10-20 delegates, explaining the obvious impact this may have on individual delegates needs. Costing All training is charged base on per delegates fee. All trainers team we use are specialize so depending on course / location rate can vary slightly on rare occasions. For exact costing please advise the required course, location and delivery date.

9 Handouts / Manuals Depending on the course, handouts and or course manuals can be provided. As most of our courses are very hands on the needs for paper based notes is limited. Training handouts / manual given in electronically and FOC by the trainer during the course. For application course manuals can be provided in hard copy with extra charges. Certificates Typically we would only normally supply certificates for recognised qualification through examing bodies for courses. However should you wish for delegates to receive a certificate of attendance for future course this is possible

10 Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Before delivering training we would ask delegats to complete a TNA form to ensure all delegates on the course are of similar ability in the hope no delegates are left behind or fine the course too basic On more technical course we would always ensure delegates meet the necessary pre-requisites to attend, again to ensure delegates dont fell “out of their depth” and hopefully get the most out of the course Venues In town venue can be arranged in several city in indonesia, specialy in Bandung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Bali area. We will provide in provide training venue in stars hotel as per clients needed. And for off site training, possibly in a central location or away from distraction of the work place, pls contact us and we can manage this for you also.

11 Feedback BCP is only ever as good as the trainers we put forwards to our clients, as such feedback is always very important to maintain and monitor how our trainers are performing and how the can perform better in the future. Every delegate is given a feedback form at the end of each course and encouraged to complete and return this (good or bad) wo we can ensure we’re delivering quality training and if not, look into the reason why this might be.
