PLANNING GRANTS - CDBG Growth Policies Comprehensive Capital Improvements Plans Housing Plans & market studies Historic and Architectural Preservation Plans & Studies Downtown Revitalization Plans & Studies Preliminary Engineering Reports (PER) Preliminary Architectural Reports (PAR) Site-specific plans and studies for Economic Development ADA Plans and more… Application Cycle: Non-competitive; awards made until all funds are obligated.
