4. Benchmark #3… ELA & Math Results… OMS compiled. Packet for each teacher. PLC Notebook– copy of teacher packet plus A-Z & Lo-Hi spreadsheet of all grade level students for your content.

5. SOCIAL STUDIES FIELD TEST Schedule ‘mirrors’ Writing Assessment. (salmon packet + individual sheet with computer locations) Two and one-half hour testing block. 8:10- 10:40. Three days each grade: 6 th -April 30, May 1 & 4. 7 th -May 5,6,7. 8 th –May 8, 11, 12.

6. Testing days changes… 6 th grade days= no changes to schedule. 7 th grade days= 6 th & 7 th swap RA time. 8 th grade days= 6 th -eighth period 9:55-10:40 & 8 th – fourth period 2:35-3:20/25. RELATED ARTS Moves: Please look over & see if/how it involves you. RELATED ARTS SCHEDULES: Should follow what is explained on each grade’s sheet.

8. Session Rosters. Rosters: Please check: *Write “DROP’ in front of name if DROPPED from OMS. *At the end, add name(s) of any NEW student added to your roster that is not listed. *These are due from everyone ASAP. Deadline by end of day Monday, April 20. *READ ALOUD Session rosters let you know who Special Services will pull for Read Aloud.

9. Final thoughts… >Corrected Session Rosters along with ‘Student Authorization Tickets” will be given to you prior to your testing day. >Your testing days--get here early and have computers on & ready to go for students. >Proctor will be assigned to you to help deal with issues—esp. computers!
