Every issue should be tackled on the ‘lowest’ possible level of the organization, as close as possible to the basis of our constituency (subsidiarity). Difference between seeing WEA as a ministry and a platform for collaboration (dance floor)

All the other task forces, initiatives, commissions and Global Partners are networks around global concerns or are WEA services. We commit to help the defined Core Commissions to develop regional and national structures. A commitment to healthy networks

E.g.: - An "ILF Executive Team" that brings together the leaders from global WEA, Regional General Secretaries and leaders of core commissions. - An „Extended ILF“ with wider participation - Regional General Assemblies that serve the needs of the whole constituency (WEA Global, REA, NEA‘s, Networks). We develop structures that facilitate collaboration
