5 Personal Profile Name two goals that you want to accomplish this year. – Example Honor Role Junior varsity soccer team Name all action steps you will take to start making your goal a reality. – Examples 1. Study, homework, classroom notes etc. Practice, listen to coaches, attend pre-season practice and weight room time etc.

6 Tribute Activity Directions: – One piece of notebook paper folded in half – Each student must get five of their peers to write sometime positive about them on their paper. – The owner of the paper can not look at the paper until all five peers have written on it. Examples: – You are very good at math – You are a great football player – You have a wonderful smile
