GRI NW has had significant success in the past driving improvements in Gas market transparency Gas Regulation No 715/2009, effective from 3rd March 2011 includes a number of enhanced transparency requirements under Article 18 and under amended Chapter 3 of Annex 1 of the Gas regulation Stakeholders proposed for TSO compliance with these requirements to be monitored in the region

6. 6 CLICK TO EDIT MASTER TITLE STYLE Click to edit Master title style 6 Current GRI NW transparency project (2) The 25 TSOs of the North West region were asked to provide their valuation on their own state of compliance against the transparency requirements. For this purpose, TSOs were given a questionnaire that checks all the requirements in detail. All TSOs have responded and completed the questionnaire. The questionnaires are now published on ACER’s website, and stakeholders are invited to comment on the findings. We will publish conclusions at the end of the consultation period.
