It is the act of killing someone painlessly, especially to relieve suffering from an incurable illness. You can help someone die by -Doing something to them (eg give them poisonous drugs) = ACTIVE euthanasia -Or not doing something they need done (stop food and water) = PASSIVE euthanasia 1.If the person has asked for euthanasia, it is VOLUNTARY. 2.
