2. Team members  Leader/ Designer: Juan Mota Hello I’m Juan Mota leader, and creator/ designer of the website  Co-leader: Janeliz Polanco I’m Janeliz Polanco. I was in charge of helping design the website and creating the power point  Secretary: Israel De Jesus I’m Israel, our secretary I was in charge of contacting the principals/ assistant principal and gathering information

3. Team goals  Our team goal was to come up with three website ideas.  out of those three, choose one.  Most appealing, informational, creative and enjoyable

4. Programs we used  Adobe Photoshop  Dream Weaver We used Adobe Photoshop for a better and easier design of the website Dream Weaver was used to actually build the website, combine html codes, and get the website up and running

5. What is the need that your project is addressing? o We believe that every school should have a website o Parents can see children's environment o School contact information

6. Who is your customer?  Our customers are the parents, students, and staff. Whose needs are you addressing? o We are addressing the schools needs of an online source of information

7. How will you measure the success of the project? By your satisfaction! If you aren’t completely satisfied with our project, then we were not successful

8. What have you accomplished so far?  To date, although the website is not complete we have our template design, soon to be up and running  on the next slide is a picture of our design

9. What still needs to be accomplished? As you can see from the template we still have more to be added to the website o Designs o Information o And much more

10. How much will the project save the customer?  To have a website built for you today can cost you $1000+ o We are saving the school hundreds to thousands of dollars

14. How does the target audience affect your design of the site?  This whole website is based on what we thought would be most satisfying
