The Secure Advantage Program The Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Secure Advantage Program, offered by Dergalis Associates, provides your agents with easy access to insurance and other financial products and services through financial professionals. Dergalis Associates is comprised of a team of professionals focusing on financial services, health insurance and benefit administration. The team works together to help your agents create customized financial strategies and benefit plans.

Group Insurance Plans For New Agents Our group insurance plans are available to your agents GUARANTEED-ISSUE during their New Associate Election Period, which lasts 30 days after their start date. They cannot be denied coverage based on health and there is no medical underwriting process. For Current Agents Dental and Vision Insurance have an annual company- wide open enrollment. An agent may also enroll during a qualifying life event. Life and Disability Income Insurance can be enrolled in at any time, but with limited medical underwriting. All group life, disability income, health, dental and vision insurance coverage is offered entirely outside of AXA Network, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of Utah, LLC or any of their affiliates.

Individual Life Insurance In the case of a tragic event, life insurance can help an agent’s family cover their loss of income, pay off debts, cover medical bills or fund a child’s education. An Individual Life Insurance policy can be customized to fit an agent’s financial needs. When buying a new home or adding to their family, an agent should review their life insurance needs. Group Life Insurance Our Group Life Insurance Plan is Guaranteed-Issue during the New Associate Election Period. This plan is great for an agent who may not qualify for an Individual Life Insurance policy. If an agent wants to participate after their New Associate Election Period, medical underwriting will be required. Individual Disability Income Insurance Disability Income Insurance pays benefits in the case that the policy-holder is incapable of working as the result of a disability. As independent contractors, real estate agents need the income protection that disability income insurance offers. An Individual Disability income policy can be customized to fit an agent’s financial needs. We recommend that all agents consider disability income insurance as most would struggle with the loss of their income. Long-Term Care Insurance Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance covers the cost of home health aides and nursing homes should an agent need them. LTC Insurance helps an agent afford access to top-notch care when they need it most, and it helps them plan to not be a financial burden to their children. Health Insurance Our Health Insurance Professionals can access a wide range of plans They’ll work directly with you to find the most cost- effective plan Medical plans are available during the federal annual open enrollment period or during a qualifying life event (such as changing jobs, marriage, birth of a child, etc.)

Group Dental Insurance Our Group Dental Insurance is Guaranteed-Issue during the New Associate Election Period, company-wide open enrollment or during a qualifying life event. Protecting Their Health The comprehensive plan covers 100% of diagnostic, preventative and basic procedures, as well as 50-70% of major services. We also offer a basic plan if an agent doesn’t want all the bells and whistles. There is no waiting period. All group dental insurance coverage is offered entirely outside of AXA Network, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC, AXA Network Insurance Agency of Utah, LLC or an any of their affiliates.

Group Vision Insurance Our Group Vision Insurance is Guaranteed-Issue during the New Associate Election Period, company-wide open enrollment or during a qualifying life event. Protecting Their Health The plan covers eye exams, frames, lenses and contacts. There is no waiting period. Rollover from Previous Employer Plan into Another Qualified Plan Our Financial Professionals guide the agent through the rollover process. Whether they want to adjust their investments within or make future contributions to another qualified plan the financial professional will work with the agent to determine a suitable and appropriate account type and help him or her consolidate their portfolio.
