Technology Integration ERIKA LEYVA
2
If Mr. Wolfe incorporate technology to this lesson plan, it will help add to a curriculum that he has explained to his students. Adding a power point and that includes pictures and videos can show students how to play kickball. Visuals can also show the situations that can happen when rules are not followed. Students who are more of visual learners can benefit from a power point. Mr. Wolfe can also have students write a one page report on the importance of sportsmanship in kickball. This will help students work with word processing as well as evaluate if they have learned the objective. Mr. Wolfe can present a power point to his students in a classroom setting. When the students need to write their report, they can be allowed to write a rough draft then they can go to the computer lab to type the report. Describe the Phase 1

Describe Phase 2 The objective is for students to learn sportsmanship as they work together on teams. The students are also being physical active while they learn to be better team players. When students are showing poor sportsmanship they can sit out their turn for one round. Points can be taken of their final report if they continue to show bad conduct but if they show important and willing to help their teammates then they can get points back. When students write their reports on sportsmanship they can include if they had to sit out at any time. Students can also include how they helped other teammates while playing the game. Discussion over the lesson will occur in a classroom and students will write reports in a computer lab. Students will play inside the gymnasium where rules of the game will be posted as well as posters that state what makes a player a good teammate.

Describe the Phase 3 Students will turn in a report that will include: the meaning of sportsmanship, why it is important, how they felt they contributed to the teams, and if they saw any bad sportsmanship how that made them feel. If students comment on particular incidents then I can see how to make sure those incidents do not reoccur again. A board will be set up where students can place a star on the name of another student who they believed showed outstanding sportsmanship for each day played.
