10 10 From Harm to Home | Rescue.org Program Requirements Your cash assistant programs have strict requirements the IRC and you must follow. job classes,You have to attend English classes, Make appointments with the IRC staff, importantly your employment specialist, And accept your first job.

11 11 From Harm to Home | Rescue.org Every Wednesday you need to come ON TIME to Job Class. If you are late to Job Class, you may not be able to attend that day. Please be on time. Job Class begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. Job Class Schedule Job class is every Wednesday from 11 A.M to 12:30 P.M. If you are late to job class you may not be able to attend that day, so please be on time. Coming to job class on time will allow you and your classmates to learn without interruptions.

12 12 From Harm to Home | Rescue.org How do we track Attendance? Every two weeks we verify that you are going to English and Job Development classes. The more classes and appointments you attend, the more successful you will be. We discuss with you your attendance and what you are learning in English class and in Job Class.

13 13 From Harm to Home | Rescue.org Attendance Tracking 1. If you miss two appointments, you will get a verbal warning. 2. If you miss two more appointments, you will get a written warning 3. If you miss one more, your cash assistance can be taken away.

14 14 From Harm to Home | Rescue.org First Jobs The first job may not be ideal or related to previous experience, but other opportunities will open up once you have experience working in the U.S.
