4. 4 OTHER ITEMS of INTEREST TO COPS MEMBERS Discussion of PUCT Final Order in Docket No. 39433 Longhorn Energy / West Oaks Energy Appeal and Complaint ERCOT's Decision to Conduct Market Resettlement – TAC Chair queried TAC as to whether it wanted to pursue changes to the settlement timeline or Protocol language regarding the standard of “errors”. WMS will investigate what “final” prices and price corrections due to the Board’s decision being overturned by the PUCT. Should there be additional checks and balances in the price finalization process. CSWG and RCWG will have a joint meeting on May 11, 2012 to discuss this issue in detail. See ERCOT calendar.
