PROJECT INFORMATION 1. I need access to Centers: - this is the drop down of Centers available and roles; would like to discuss the option of choosing only one choice upon initial request submission. Others added with CPM Approval of respective Center. This will assist in the approval process for CPM managers to have more ownership in the users. 2. Justification for Access: - this will be for CPM Managers to determine need for access 3. Projected end date: - this will be for CPM Managers to manage and assist in determination of continued need for access CONTRACT INFORMATION 1. Project Name - what account holder is working on 2. Contract # - not mandatory 3. End Date - this is the contract end date; renewal will be required with reconfirmation from government sponsor access is still required 4. Government Sponsor - name - must be Military officer or GS12 or above. This could be different from project lead. ◦ MY INFORMATION 1. User Type - Civilian, Contractor, Military 2. EDI - pulled from CAC 3. First Name - pulled from CAC 4. Last Name - pulled from CAC 5. Title - this will show 'Rank/Rate' if 'Military' is chosen in User Type; this will be verified in FLTMPS for Military and Civilian 6. Email - personal email address are not authorized 7. Phone - desk phone 8. UIC - this will be verified in FLTMPS for Military and Civilian ◦ MY SUPERVISOR - account holders direct supervisor, whether it be military, civilian or contractor.

Updates will assist with user validation Process seems to be working fine CPM Managers identified for most Centers CPM 2025 accounts are by approval only

Active Users – 649 Currently disabled btwn 30-45 days- 40 New CiTRIX Account request form New Standard Notification ◦ Include Login Directions ◦ Include Remedy Directions Identification of AIM Administrators ◦ Work with each Center to assist with process ◦ CNATT broke out their administrators by site ◦ AIM Adminstrators assign enter in database and assign permissions, working to get AIM Administrators the first stop with issues. 2025 is effecting accounts Policy is still in the queue to develop.

Started processing account requests via Remedy May 2015 Started processing trouble calls in November 2015; enforcing February 2016 707 – Account requests have been processed since November 2016 389 – Trouble call tickets processed since November 2016 Process for Remedy is clunking, need to work with the established groups to see if SCIM updates are required, correct groups etc. Establishing a quick reference guide for troubleshooting

Will be released to all users next week. ◦ There will be a hard date of 31 March where old forms will not be used. Cleaned up, removed unneeded fields Rank/Rate added UIC added Added “Learning Center FTS/Information owner for signature” SIPR – similar added email address for both NIPR and SIPR

Processes are working, still may need some tweaking. User request form updates will assist Processing time is within 2 business days, 3 is the max. Goal is same day ◦ Requests are coming in batches to support 2025, this may delay processing time by 1 day Biggest issue is troubleshooting ◦ IE 11 ◦ New CACs ◦ Non-NMCI computers
