When a person fails to maintain any one of these three states, the condition known as illness occurs.

Symptoms Various signs indicate that we are not functioning correctly, they are called symptoms. (fever, swelling, dizziness or pain)

Healthy habits can prevent us from falling ill. The habits that help to maintain good health and avoid illness are called prevention.

Healthy habits They are good hygiene, adequate rest, regular exercise, correct posture and a healthy diet.

Some risks to our health are alcohol, tobacco, drugs and traffic accidents.
