SIZE OF SATURN Orbit Size (semi-major axis): 1,426,666,422 km Diameter: 120,536 km Volume: 827,129,915,150,897 km 3 Mass: 568,319,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000 kg

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Atmospheric Composition: 96.3% hydrogen 3.3% helium 0.4% methane ammonia water vapor trace elements

MISSIONS Pioneer 11, Mariner 11 and 12, and Voyager I and II were other missions that explored Saturn. We get some of our best information from these missions.

FACTS Saturn has an obliquity of 26.7 degrees of tilt Saturn takes 29 years and 155 days to revolve around the sun.

MOONS OF SATURN Titan, the largest Rhea Iapetus Mimas Enceladus Tethys Dione Hyperion Phoebe

SPECIAL FEATURES Temperature is -185 degrees Celsius. Rotational period of 10-11 hours. Orbital period of 29.5 years.

HISTORY Cassini was designed to explore Saturn's system from orbit: the planet and its atmosphere, rings and magnetosphere, and its moons, particularly Titan and the icy satellites. The spacecraft is named in honor of Giovanni Cassini, the 17th century astronomer who discovered gaps in Saturn's rings. Cassini was the first spacecraft to orbit Saturn.

SATURN AS PRES. It’s named for the Roman God of agriculture. It would be very helpful in the economy. With inflation, everyone could grow their own crops and save money. Saturn is here to help the economy get back on its feet.

AS A PERSON… If Saturn was a person, it would probably be a farmer. Being the agriculture planet, it understands the difficulty of the economy, just like an every day farmer.
