Agri- food «chains» involve activities connected to: agricultural and zootechnical production working and processing skills distributing performance In particular the consumer co-operatives (Coop + Conad) count for the 35% in the total hyper and super- market share in Italy Consumers’ health and safety is an essential requirement of our distributing system
