7. How does it work? Step 1 – Main Fax Window Step 2 – Add from Mac Address Book Step 3 – Optional Fax Settings From the Printer list select [Mac Fax]. You can simply add a Recipient by clicking on the PLUS [+] button… Or select the magnify glass to add from the Apple Mac Address Book! Search by typing in the client’s name or just select from the list below. Four (4) resolution to choose from. [Print] will send the document as a fax to all selected recipients.
