2. 2 Client Services Focus  Emergency Web Hosting  We have investigated offering a service to host your school’s front splash page with message in the event your school’s servers are unreachable.  We have evaluated and tested equipment.  Our in-house committee at OSC is exploring some details of this service still.  Cost recovery  Placement of the equipment

3. 3 Client Services Focus  We continue to work on upgrading the remaining 20 T1 member schools to true broadband. Currently we have:  7 schools that have ordered an Ethernet service to connect them to the OSCnet.  2 more have Gig services on order.  1 OC3 order in place.  2 new DS3’s on order.  Quotes/Bandwidth Increases!

5. 5 Ruckus Music Download Service Last time I asked:  Who here is using it?  Some of you gave feedback at the last OARtech and recently through the OARtech list serve. We are glad to hear that this service is great tool to many of you.
