Stress: The way our body reacts physically and emotionally, to a situation we are asked to change or adapt to. Stressor: Is an event that gives us our stress. Fight or Flight What is this?

Using your phone or laptop look up Health problems related to stress. Use Google or Webmd Go to www.webmd.comwww.webmd.com In the search bar type in effects of stress Select the first option On the left hand tab click on effects of stress. Share with class when found.

Negative: Fight Destroy Property Blame yourself or others for causing it Give Up Overeat Positive: Listen to music Talk to a friend or trusted adult Eat Properly Get Sleep Exercise/Yoga Write in a Journal
