What is Judicial Review? Supreme Court (Judicial Branch) limits (checks) - Executive Branch (executive orders) - Legislative Branch (laws) If law is judged to be contrary to the Constitution, the Court orders it “null and void”. If law is judged to be contrary to the Constitution, the Court orders it “null and void”.

Jigsaw Readings The class will be divided into five HO groups; with each assigned a different Supreme Court case. Students will read/discuss within their HO group and be prepared to share information about the case in HE groups.
