3 Our "Problems" we wanted to solve 1.Students were ignoring notices in their mail boxes – Lots of wasted effort for the offices 2.Emails from CX scripts were rudimentary – Required IT to update, best for audits 3.Homegrown HTML Template email system limited – End user could update template, but limited set of data available 4.No budget for a third party system
