Introduction What is a Static Identity?
A static identity is one that does not undergo change and remaining the same at the end as he or she at beginning. Static identity is based on Qualification and Awards Power and Position Past Achievement

What is a Dynamic Identity?
A Dynamic identity is one that does undergo an important change. Here, changes in some Sense within the character like changes inunderstanding, changes in commitment, changes in values. Dynamic identity is based on The difference I can make to the world The responsibilities I carry My future potential for contribution My willingness to learn and grow

Interest in the other affairs other then their goals
Personality Dynamic Identity Identity Static Broad Minded Aim oriented Unlimited Goals Interest in the other affairs other then their goals Always ready to help ,serve as share their knowledge and whatever power they possessed. Conservative Self Center Limited to Goals Self Oriented No interest in the other affairs other then their goals Not helpful to others

Observation case of 3 persons (A, B, C)
Mr. A is a Chief Engineer . Mr. B is a Professor in a college. Mr. C is an Assistant Engineer in an organization. In which, Mr. A has Static identities. Mr. B has Dynamic identities. Mr. C has Combo of Dynamic & Static identities.

Mr. A is a Chief Engineer. Got his job after convincing for his Star Results in college. For a failure of some pending work or fault, he blames his junior employee . This runs away from his responsibilities. He has limited his knowledge for a specific task given to be completed by organization. Never thinks to bring some useful change. Not much frank to his subordinates & often gets angry for their fault. Thinks that he has every kind of knowledge more than his juniors.

Mr. X is a Professor in a college.
M.E in Information Technolgy from a reputed college ,yet never makes Show Off for his qualification. Though being a part of Self Financed Education System, never runs away from his responsibilities towards students. Always eager to utilize his knowledge for new creation. Very frank to every students & staff members, encourages them for their work. Eveready to learn from anyone even the person is junior of him.

Mr. Z is an Engineer in an organization.
Got his job with his result as well as his knowledge in appropriate field. Performs his work on time with interest, but has no interest in anything else. He gained enough knowledge for a job he has been given. Frank to only those subordinates who are his friends.

Helen Keller Helen Keller was born with the ability to see and hear .At 19 months old, she contracted an illness which left her both deaf and blind. She was an American author, political activist, political activist and lecturer. She was first deaf blind person to earn a bachelor of arts degree. She learned to communicate , has become widely known through dramatic depictions of the play and film The Miracle Worker.

Mother Teresa Teresa of Calcutta known as Mother Teresa was a Roman Catholic religious sister and missionary. She founded Missionaries of charity , a Roman Catholic religious congregation which in 2012 consisted of over 4,500 sisters and is active in 133 countries. They run Hospices and homes for people with leprosy and tuberculosis.

Abraham Lincoln He described himself as “A piece of driftwood”
He was the only president of American history to hold the patent. He risked his life while fulfilling his duties as commander in chief of the American military. He proclaimed all the persons held as slaves in states of rebellion “forever free”.

B.R Ambedkar Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was an Indian Leader, Lawyer, Teacher , was a chairman of Indian constitution drafting committee and was first law minister of India. He was born in a family which was believed to be Untouchable and he raised his voice against it. He is considered as leader of untouchables in the modern India and worked a lot for Dalit of India and inspires many other people.

Gary Kirsten (Dynamic Identity)
Gary Kirsten came in when Indian cricket was in their worst phase. He gave players confidence to perform at a higher stage He kept throwing balls in the net to all players whole day even if they were tired He never approached in the media and remained behind the scenes and was silent about the strategy.

What Happen Next: India defeated Australia in their backyard Perth.
India become No.1 in the Tests and One-day too. India won Asia Cup after 15 years. India won the worldcup after 28 years. Sachin Tendulkar reached peak of his career under Kirsten coaching.
