Transition will take time, stakeholders should realize this and provide support when things get rough every now and then According to PMI/CIO Mag study Expect better project execution with fewer resources ROI elusive because you need really good ‘before’ metrics Keep at it, older PMOs are more effective Plan and get buy off from Stakeholders
