Symptoms of stress

Chronic stress usually what people talk about when they say they're stressed out, and it is a bit different for a few reasons.

First, it's much less intense than a fight-or-flight reaction.

Second, it lasts longer, setting off an alarm in your body that's not as loud initially, but that can be felt for days, weeks, or even longer.

Some of the symptoms of chronic stress can include:

Upset stomach

Headache

Eating too much or too little

Feeling frustrated

Inability to fall asleep

So…what can we do about it? How can we deal with stress? What are some healthy ways to reduce stress in our lives?
