2 Chronic stress usually what people talk about when they say they're stressed out, and it is a bit different for a few reasons.

3 First, it's much less intense than a fight-or-flight reaction.

4 Second, it lasts longer, setting off an alarm in your body that's not as loud initially, but that can be felt for days, weeks, or even longer.

5 Some of the symptoms of chronic stress can include:

6 Upset stomach

7 Headache

8 Eating too much or too little

9 Feeling frustrated

10 Inability to fall asleep
