Pumpkin soup Ingredients (serves 6) –2 tablespoons butter –2 tablespoons oil –4-6 rashers bacon, chopped –2-3 large onions, cut into wedges –1 pumpkin, peeled and cut into chunks –4-6 cups chicken stock
