PNCC - BOLIVIA9 Information needs from the perspective of Bolivia Information transfer related to technology needs assessment: Conformation of a national team (as a part of CCNP) to gather information, make a review process of information’s quality, organize consultations, and develop the needs assessment. For some key particular sectors (e.g. cement industry, co-generation initiatives, agriculture, forestry sector) - primary data collection, field trips, discussions in place, analysis of priorities, analysis of previous environmental and energy assessments.

PNCC - BOLIVIA10 Information needs from the perspective of Bolivia Information transfer related to technology needs assessment: In determination of priority sectors/sub-sectors: key information was the CCNP mitigation analysis, contrasted with experts opinion and judgment. Many helpful information (current available technologies) can only be found in particular governmental agencies, industry groups and firms. Access to these information is in many cases, very difficult to obtain. The review process in determining technology needs, was done by key sectoral experts and the Climate Change Inter- institutional Council.
