4 P3 Ensure Efficient & Effective Operations Target: turnaround time for ILL of 48 hours Met target in FY12: Reviewed stats for 6 public doctorals for 3 busiest months (February – April 2012) Average of 28.2 hours overall 32 hours for articles 24.5 hours for loans

7 More e-books Demand Driven Acquisitions (DDA) All publics and 12 privates Profile: recent STEM-H The concept: ebook titles are added to catalogs. All participants can access these titles during the pilot. Enough use in 1 title will generate a purchase of that title – all participants will have perpetual access.
