Creating your own Seed Packet Your teacher will give you a seed packet that has seeds and a blank envelope template. Step 1: Write the name of the seed Step 2: Write the scientific name of the seed Remember how Dihydrogen Monoxide was the scientific name for water? Step 3: Look on the seed packet to see how much water and sun it will need Step 4: Add the rest of the information. Don’t forget a pictures of the baby plant or seedling! Step 5: Decorate the packet with pictures of the plant and glue together the enveloped

Be careful! Our seed packets should have the RIGHT information! Don’t just make it up! Pictures of the plants should use the right colors! Use a little bit of glue! You don’t want to glue the whole envelope together!
