2. A new Documents screen can be used to: Store and retrieve any type of document, spreadsheet or image Associate the file with an account or jurisdiction. Depending on a user's security settings, documents can be deleted or hidden from view. 2

3. Imaging Enhancements - Entitlements These entitlements are part of the Manage Document Imaging task. ACT_DOCUMENTS – Access the Documents screen. DOCUMENT_ADD - Add a document. Without this entitlement, the Add Document tab is hidden. DOCUMENT_COMMENTS_UPDATE - Change the comments attached to a document. DOCUMENT_DELETE - Delete a document. DOCUMENT_VIEW_ALL - View restricted documents. 3

4. Imaging Enhancements – V2 Security Users having any V2 security job can view this screen. Changes can be made with these ACT-created jobs: Accounting, Attorney, CAD Save Calc Ag Rollback, CAD Owner Address Changes, CAD Wizard, Cashier1, CashierNo2, Client Admin, Head Cashier, Refund Manager, User Administration. 4

6. The Documents screen shows what is already stored. Search by account number, owner ID, year, or tax unit Highlight a row to see the comments for that file Authorized users can delete documents Imaging Enhancements - View 6

7. To view a document, click the asterisk (*) on that row Imaging Enhancements - View 7

8. Add Document screen: Select ID Type, Year and Document Type. Click Add Multiple Accounts to attach the same file to multiple accounts. To attach the file, use the Browse button, then click Upload Document. Imaging Enhancements - Add 8

9. 9 Imaging Enhancements – Add to Jurisdiction Add Document screen: You can also get to the Add Document screen by clicking the Jurisdiction Documents button from the Tax Unit Maintenane screen. TNT documents, resolutions and other jurisdiction documents may be saved and retrieved by tax unit.

12. To attach a file to more than one account, Click Add Multiple Accounts. Enter account numbers or, Import from the trigger table by request sequence number. Click OK. Imaging Enhancements – Multi- Accounts 12

13. Once the Upload Document button is clicked and the document is loaded, the message shown below will appear to confirm the upload was successful. Imaging Enhancements 13
