2 The Advent Wreath

3 The wreath is a circle with no beginning or end, Just like God’s love for us.

4 The wreath is made of evergreen leaves to show that God’s love for us is everlasting The Wreath

5 The Candles The four candles on the wreath represent the four weeks of Advent. The final white candle is placed in the middle of the wreath to represent Jesus Christ.

6 The Candles The three purple candles mean love, peace and hope. The pink candle means joy.

7 The Candles The candles are lit in order. 1.Hope. 2.Peace. 3.Joy.(pink) 4.Love. 5.Christmas Day.(white)

8 The lighting of the candles represents Christ who is the Light of our World.
