Headlines of the CIRENSE project proposal [2] Objectives WP4:  Understanding of European legal framework and the boundaries for activities [identification of legal pitfalls]  Investigation of procurement and contractual issues [European procurement regulation & national exceptions]  Providing suitable and feasible agreement models [draft contracts & SLA’s]

5. Questions  Which elements of the CIRENSE proposal are still relevant?  Which elements have been addressed in the meantime (by TERENA, DANTE, NORDUnet, TF-MSP etc.) and which are still to be explored?  Do we see sufficient potential for a follow-up on the remaining issues?  Any volunteers? ;-)
