2. Grid Computing
Def: Grid computing is applying the resources of many computers in a network to a single problem at the same time
Example:
The simulation of material use (Airbus)
The Simulation of petroleum activities (French Petroleum Institute)
The military simulation (EADS).

3. Distributed Processing
Def: Computers connected together by a communications network.
Example: NASA

4. Ethernet
Def: Ethernet is a protocol that controls the way data is transmitted over a local area network (LAN), which used coaxial ( same axe) cables.

5. Peer- to- Peer ( P2P)
Def: A method of sharing files with other people via the Internet. It allows computer users to share files directly without uploading them to a server.
