9. Status of System Help Desk Calls

10. Calls January 2014 is higher than expected (please note January 2013 was abnormally high due to a one off issue that will no longer occur). There are some calls in relation to annual returns; however there are many related to EEMS returns behaving unexpectedly due to PETS changes. There is the expected increase as expected, but the additional increase is in relation to PETS calls.
