ICH Annual Report on Homelessness Highlights - Sent to Governor and Joint Legislative Committee on Nov. 11 th 2015 - There has been an increase in unsheltered homeless across the state - Point in Time data compared to Annual Totals - Shelter space is very limited, lengths of stay are longer than Federal allowances - Limited affordable housing options and not sufficient permanent supportive housing options available across the state - Homeless Services Framework will be our roadmap this year **ICH Annual Report can be found on DHR/ICH webpage on the publications page www.dhr.maryland.gov/homeless-serviceswww.dhr.maryland.gov/homeless-services
