Documentations – initial allocation One-year Projection of Customer number with its calculation process/basis – In case that ISP does static assignment, the reason is required to be presented – In case that ISP assigns multiple addresses to a single user, justification for for the number of IP addresses is required Plan for installation of equipments – Number of equipment, ports

Documentations – additional allocations The same documentations as the initial allocation and additionally,,, Result of one-year assignment – If not one year old from beginning List of Customers – List that can shows the number of Customers in case of dynamic assignment – Whois DB equivalent information in case of static assignment

Issues List of customers may be confidential information so that many operators aren ’ t willing to submit – Is it legal according to regulation for telecom operators – In case of not LIR, they have to submit such info to LIR who can be a competitor Broadband access operators tend to have very big number of customers Consequently, evaluation on the allocation is tough thing to both LIR and JPNIC, tend to take a long time – Reasonable and easier procedure would be welcomed
