3. TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS There has been no recent ‘across the board’ (agency, sector, country) analysis of disaster response training undertaken. This initiative by UNOCHA is an attempt to remedy this situation.

TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS Aim: To Guide Future Training and Capacity Development Efforts and Strategies for humanitarian disaster response in the Pacific, ….by Pacific Island Countries, Humanitarian and Development Organizations, Donor Partners and Cluster Lead Agencies. (ie: members of the Pacific Humanitarian Team).
