4 Roosevelt’s speech  Read the speech and answer the following:  What is his main claim?  Explain one example he uses to illustrate his claim.  How does “muckraking” play a role in contemporary society?  What issues of modern times do you believe should be “raked”?

Provide at least one supporting reason for your claim, and one piece of specific evidence. Remember, reasons (premises/warrants) are different than specific evidence (facts, statistics, examples, case studies, etc.).
